They're fantastic for hiking trips or other occasions where you need a quick pleasant bite on the go. Nowadays I keep them as a fast bite in my backpack.

It must also be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the regular cookie supposes. Just oats and bananas.

First I wanted to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- cause I feel these would be the only truly healthy cookies that have been made by humanity*.

Take oats for example. Not merely do they reduce your cholesterol levels which in turn helps you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with great carbs and nutrients to help keep you going for more throughout the day.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Get a bowl and mash the site web carrots until they're mushy

Add the cup of oats and any of the optional ingredients

Stir until all is nicely mixed

Place baking paper on the menu so that the cookies do not stick. If you don't possess this make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)

To produce the cookie shape simply grab a spoon and scoop a decent amount from the mix onto the baking dish like I did at the photo above. It's super quick and simple.
